We are pleased to introduce Southeast Directional Drilling, LLC to your Company. Southeast consists of a key group of highly trained and experienced personnel. Our senior management team includes Steve Ugrich, Todd Barton, Charley Patterson,  Don Fischer, Bob Schaaf and John Heieie.



We have a combined field experience of over one hundred years in pipelining and directional drilling. Our team has completed  several hundred bores including a bore, which at the time was a record length of 6,380 feet,  and the deepest directional drill river crossing in North America at 800 feet. These two projects earned high respect in the drilling industry.  Our latest record set was in Trinidad by successfully completing three 56 inch HDD crossings. A world record for largest diameter performed by horizontal directional drilling method. Since the company's inception in 2002, our team has completed over several hundred miles of HDD's, of which 35 miles were 42" HDD crossings.

Southeast's fleet includes an Custom Built Rig, which is one of  the largest in the world, with a 1,400,000 lb. pullback, an American Auger 1,200,000 lb. rig, an American Auger 1,100,000 lb rig, an American Auger 440,000 lb rig, two American Auger 800,000 lb rigs, an American Auger 440 Rig,  an American Auger 330 Rig modified to be capable of a 500,000 lb. pullback, an American Auger 250,000 lb. rig, a Vermeer 100 x 120 and 2 Vermeer 80,000lb rigs. We also have all of the required support and safety equipment, dual mud systems, semi trucks, pick up trucks, environmental supplies, down hole tools, reamers, tensor steering tools, and navigational equipment.

We have the capability to perform directional drilling work in environmentally sensitive areas, city streets, cross country areas, major river crossings, roadways, railroads, and remote locations. We have experience in all types of soils, including solid rock and fractured formations. We are able to drill in lengths in excess of 6,400 ft and from 2 inches to 56 inches in diameter pipe.  We are committed to maintaining an on time schedule, while satisfying landowners, environmental monitors, and public agencies.
